Meenal’s Academy of Performing Arts (MAPA) is a distinguished dance studio in San Diego, offering Kathak classes to students of all ages. Under the artistic direction of Meenal Chakradeo, MAPA’s repertory troupe is excited to present a traditional Kathak repertoire that celebrates the rich heritage of this classical dance form. The performance will include 'Nritta' (pure dance), emphasizing the rhythmic precision, intricate footwork, and dynamic spins of Kathak set to the vibrant beats of Taal.
